The scientific and technical journal “BULLETIN OF THE ALMATY UNIVERSITY OF POWER ENGINEERING AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS” was founded in 2008 and is a periodical publication of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications”.
The journal is included in the list of scientific publications recommended by the Committee on Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publication of the main results of scientific activity (Annex 1 to the order of the Chairman of the Committee on Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2012 № 1082) since 2013 on the sections: “Physical and mathematical Sciences” and “Engineering sciences and technologies” (in the directions of Power Engineering, Informatics, Radio Engineering and Telecommunication).
The journal “Bulletin of AUPET” is published 4 times a year (quarterly). Subscription to the collection can be issued through the catalogs of newspapers and magazines of Kazpost JSC (index 74108) and direct targeted editorial mailing to authors of articles and other interested parties. The main thematic focus of the journal is the Electric power engineering, Heat power engineering, Radio engineering and communications, Automation, Information technology, Ecology, Industrial safety, Economics by industry, Fundamental and social sciences, Innovations in higher education.

The articles are presented in one of three languages: Kazakh, Russian, English – accompanied by the recommendation of the institution where the work was done and the permission to publish in the open press (expert opinion). Articles of AUPET staff should be discussed at the meeting of the department and accompanied by a recommendation signed by the head of the department.
The article is signed by the authors in the lower right corner on each page of the text and is drawn up in accordance with the Interstate Standard – GOST 7.5-98. The recommended volume of the manuscript, including literature, tables and figures, is no more than 6 pages.
The sequence of elements of the publishing design of materials is as follows:
The text of the article is presented in electronic and paper versions, in the Times New Roman Cyr font, size of type 12 with a single interval in the Word environment, margins – upper and lower – 2 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm, indent paragraph – 1.0.
IRSTI (SRSTI – State rubricator of scientific and technical information) is placed in the upper left corner.
-the first line, in the center – the initials and surnames of the authors (bold type, font size 12);
-the second line, in the center – the name of the organization (s) in which the work was done, city, country (regular font, size of type 12);
-the third line, in the center – the title of the article (published material) (uppercase letters, bold font, size of type 12);
-Abstract (100-150 words, given in the language of the text of the published material, font size 11);
-Keywords (about 6 single words or 3-4 phrases, font size 11);
-the text of the article (regular font, size of type 12);
-LIST OF REFERENCES (in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record: Bibliographic description: General requirements and rules of compilation” (no more than 12 titles);
-References in English (REFERENCES) for other DATABASES are in a completely separate block, repeating the list of references to the Russian part, regardless of whether or not foreign sources are available. In the end, in parentheses, should be indicated the language of the article;
-It is necessary to have a complete list of references in the Latin transcription (if the cited source does not have an original name in English, it is recommended to use transliteration instead of translation);
-Abstract (100-150 words, in two languages, different from the language of the article). In the middle of the page is written: 1) the title of the article; 2) the authors; 3) the name of the organization; on red line – Abstract, after – Keywords (size of type 11).
Figures and graphs should be placed in the text, after reference to them, without any reduction: for example: “Figure 1 – Name (under the picture)”. The drawings are executed in the Paint (Painbrush) mode. Graphs, charts, histograms – in Microsoft Excel mode, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Mathematical, physical and other symbols and formulas are typed in the Microsoft Equation formula editor mode, in an inclined font, and placed in the center. The formula numbers are placed at the right edge of the page in parentheses.
Materials that do not comply with the above conditions and requirements, or sent later than the deadline, are not accepted for consideration.
